In regards to the above policy, free means we do NOT charge a restocking fee or any other kind of fees on returns or exchanges.
Refunds:
All refunds will be processed upon receiving the return.
If it has been over 48 hours since we received the return and you haven't received a refund please email us at info@prestigedecanters.com
We cannot refund any customization/personalization charges such as charges incurred for engravings.
Conditions of return:
It is vital that all returns be packaged the same way they were shipped, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
