What Are Your Products Made Out Of?

The glass is hand-blown borosilicate glass, a thicker more resilient glass. Our wooden bases are handmade out of solid oak. 

The Spigot is Loose - Do I Need to Return It?

The spigot is adjustable, there is a silver ring on the threaded part of the spigot towards the back, if you twist this ring the seal will compress allowing it to fit snuggly within the glass. It doesn't need to be forced in, as you twist it and play with the fit you can test it with water to make sure the seal is perfect.

This depends on how far you are from our warehouse. We ship from Louisville, Kentucky and the majority of our shipments arrive in 3 days.
