What About Damage During Shipping?

We have invested a lot into our packaging and we get 99% of our orders to their destination intact, please contact us if your package is the rare one that arrives damaged and we will help fix the problem ASAP. 

 

Which Carriers Do You Use?

We use USPS, Fedex and UPS. 

 

Will I Be Charged for Shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders over $50 that are placed on our website and shipping within the continental USA. If you need your shipment to arrive faster we have additional options for exedited shipping available during checkout.

When Will My Order Arrive?

This depends on how far you are from our warehouse. The vast majority of our shipments come from Louisville, Kentucky and the majority of our shipments arrive in 3 days. 

 

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Why Isn't My Tracking Updating?

At times tracking for shipments may not update on a daily basis. During busy seasons some carriers experience delays with their tracking updates. If a packages tracking isn't updated for 2-3 days it is best to contact the carrier to see if they can provide an update for you.

When Will My Order Arrive?

This depends on how far you are from our warehouse. The majority of our shipments are quoted to arrive in 7-14 days but sometimes they take longer. If the arrival date of your package is important it is best to bring that up when quoting the costs so we can get the best option for you. 

 

Are there additional fees like Duty, Tax, etc?

You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. The shipping carrier and Prestige Decanters can not be held liable for any additional charges you may incur because we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 
Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for orders received into their country. When ordering from us, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Each order we ship will be accompanied by a Customs form that will document what is in the package and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs office for further information.
